Series of Analytical Reports
(2nd Half of 2003)
The Center for Current Politics presents the Third Series of analytical reports devoted to the key problems of the fuel & energy complex's development and the priorities of the state energy policy in Russia. The Series analyses the current situation in the Russian fuel & energy complex and strategies of its development in the three dimensions: oil, gas and electricity.
The resources used are the own information of the CCPR: industry statistics, data of fuel & energy companies, information of federal and regional mass media, materials of conferences and round tables.
The series consists of 4 reports due to be released in August - December 2003.

- creation of regional generating companies, reshuffling of shareholders and restructuring of the leading regional power corporations
- interests and strategies of new "electric energy" investors: oil companies, banks and industrial groups. Prospects for practical realization of the reform in 2004.
Russian Petroleum and Gas Chemistry: Problems, Trends, Development Scenarios
