Conjuncture:
MIKHAIL VINOGRADOV TOOK PART IN THE INTERNATIONAL INSPECTORS`S LEGATION IN KAZAKHSTAN.
Since 17th to 19th of August the director general of the Center for current politics is Russia Mikhail Vinogradov took part in the international inspectors’ legation of the Shanghai Organization for Cooperation supervising Kazakh Parliamentary elections. Representatives of Russia, China, Kirghizia, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan allotted the legation, working in Alma-Ata. Members of the legation met representatives of the leading parties, attended a number of polling stations, took part in controlling the head account and finally conducted a set of conferences.
