In late October – early November the director general of the Center for current politics in Russia Mikhail Vinogradov took part in a set of panel discussions related to the regional implementation of Vladimir Putun`s plan. The “round tables” were held in Perm, Vladimir, Stavropol, Volgograd, Vladivostok and Ulan-Ude. Similar round-tables in the near future will be held in Saratov, Novosibirsk and Tomsk.
